Role Description The Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Cincinnati, OH, responsible for overseeing daily store operations and ensuring an excellent customer experience. This role includes supervising staff, managing schedules, and providing hands-on leadership on the sales floor. The Store Manager will handle inventory management, merchandising, and ordering to maintain product availability and presentation standards. Additional responsibilities include monitoring sales performance and retail loss prevention, addressing customer concerns, and maintaining store cleanliness and safety. The Store Manager will also support training and development of team members, uphold company policies, and collaborate with leadership on initiatives to drive customer satisfaction and store performance.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on creating a positive, inclusive shopping experience.

• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, coaching team members, and coordinating with leadership.

• Candidates should possess Store Management experience, including supervising staff, managing schedules, and overseeing daily operations.

• Candidates should possess Retail Loss Prevention skills, including awareness of shrink risks and adherence to security and cash-handling procedures.

• Additional beneficial qualifications include prior retail or grocery experience, basic point-of-sale and inventory system proficiency, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to stand and move for extended periods.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; prior experience in a supervisory or management role is strongly beneficial.
