What You’ll Do:

• Work exclusive, high-intent leads—no cold calling, no begging for business.
• Meet with clients virtually or over the phone to assess their insurance needs.
• Help families secure financial protection while earning lucrative commissions.
• Leverage a proven system that has helped agents hit six- and seven-figure incomes.
• Operate like a business owner—set your own schedule and control your growth.

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to communicate effectively with clients over the phone and in virtual meetings.

• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and excited about growing your income based on performance

• Willing to obtain an Insurance License — no prior experience required

• Open to coaching, eager to learn, and comfortable following a proven step-by-step system

• Organized, dependable, and able to stay productive while working remotely

• Positive, professional, and willing to take initiative

• Growth-minded and looking for long-term opportunities to advance into leadership
