Our client, a leader in the aerospace and defense industry, is looking to hire an Incident Manager. This operation is 24x7 and the selected candidate is required to work the mid shift from 11 PM to 7:30 AM, including some weekends and holidays . This position will be working in Annapolis, MD!
This job is a 12-month W2 contract role with benefits!
As the Incident Manager , you will contribute to a Tier 2 Network Operations Center. You will be expected to monitor network management systems , troubleshoot any system and network issues, document incidents, work with telecom providers to ensure service restoration , and aid customers in resolving technical requests from customers.
