Customer Support Specialist / Shipping Agent (Amazon FBA & eBay Specialist)

We are a well-established water filter manufacturer with a thriving e-commerce website dedicated to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a sharp, professional, and friendly E-Commerce Customer Support Specialist / Shipping Agent to join our growing team.

PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT A RESUME if you do NOT have at least 2 years of hands-on experience with eBay/Amazon internet sales, shipping, and especially Amazon FBA . Your resume will not be considered without this experience.

Position Overview

This is a hands-on role combining customer service excellence with e-commerce operations and order fulfillment. You will manage listings across major platforms, ship orders daily, and provide top-tier support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Add, edit, and optimize product listings on Amazon (FBA), eBay, and our website shopping cart backend/admin panel
• Pack and ship online orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide outstanding customer service via phone and email
• Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, inventory availability, and issue resolution
• Manage shipping processes using software such as Stamps.com, ShipStation, or similar tools
• Handle order processing, tracking, and returns as needed
• Knowledge of EDI order processing (e.g., SPS Commerce or similar) is a plus

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 2 years proven experience with Amazon FBA, eBay selling, and online shipping operations
• Fluent English speaker – comfortable and professional on the phone
• Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
• Strong working knowledge of Amazon.com, eBay.com, and other e-commerce platforms
• Experience with PayPal payment processing, credit card transactions, and handling chargebacks
• Familiarity with shipping software (Stamps.com, ShipStation, or similar) is required
• Ability to multi-task, troubleshoot issues quickly, and work independently
• Strong verbal communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel; Photoshop, Illustrator, or other graphic software is a plus
• Professional demeanor and a positive, customer-first attitude

Schedule & Compensation

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Full-time and Part-time positions available)

Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour (higher pay for exceptionally experienced and talented candidates)

Salary is based on experience, talent, speed, and overall ability. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
